About Strategic Technologies & Research

Headquarters

In 2000, the presidential election between George Bush and Al Gore was decided by 537 Florida votes. Amid an extensive “recount” process which included multiple votes by persons registered in more than one place, active voters being turned away at the polls because of poor data records, and of course the hanging Chad, we provide this information through the Web without charge to help combat voter fraud.

Since 1996, over 600 political campaigns have used STRATEGIC’s services notably its expertise in micro-targeting.  In 2002, STRATEGIC was called upon to use its knowledge of micro-targeting for re-districting in Florida and was accepted as an expert in Federal Court. As a result of those efforts, STRATEGIC continues to maintain a website for any voter in targeged states to confirm their voter registration for free.

In early 2011, Strategic Technologies began a comprehensive redesign of our free website to include a full suite of MicroTargeting services for the political, community advocacy and outreach communities. These services allow members to create their own MicroTarget universes which they can then download at minimal charges in a variety of formats. In addition, members can match their business or membership lists to the voter registration information using our match services
